The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will be rendering companies such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it's alarmed in regards to the higher range of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This really is mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office devoted to service the area each day. The assistance stage developed for intervention activities a superior influx of status sassa probable beneficiaries, which makes it complicated with the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra sources to permit the servicing of all prospects and increase entry to Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
